According to information from the US Department of Labor, the business aimed to hire at least 184 overseas employees in the coming year for temporary positions at the former president’s Florida property, golf facilities and his winery in Virginia.
The quantity of requests for H-2A and H-2B visas covering workers including waitstaff, office assistants, housekeepers, kitchen staff and farm workers was the record submitted by the organization, and up from over 120 in the previous term, when his presidency concluded.
It was also the fifth time in a decade that Trump had sought to hire more than 100 overseas workers for seasonal jobs at Mar-a-Lago, according to available data.
